DEFECTIVE CORNER L SHAPED SOFA

I have purchased a New L shaped foam leather sofa from M/S. FAIZ & CO., Karuneegar street, Adambakkam, Chennai for Rs.30, 000.00 on 19th Oct'2010. FAIZ & CO., has also participated in the trade centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai when other companies have participated in Home & furniture mela.

The new L shaped corner sofa is having 2 2 seater in the form of L. One corner which is having hand rest the cushion has caved in within purchase of 1 month.

We have made so many calls in vain. Party picks up phone and gives false promises. No one has visited house in spite of repeated calls. No one should purchase any item from Faiz & co., since the after sales servive is very poor.

No one should buy item from Trade fair since all items displayed are defective.

For god's sake dont buy any item from Faiz & co, Adambakkam otherwise the person who is buying will be in deep trouble.

Party commits that guarantee is 5 yrs to 10 yrs but no after sales servive. Guarantee is farce and once money is paid party never looks back.
