Delay In Delivering my product

Hi,

I have placed order for a dining table (6 chair) from Adil Khan on date:10-04.His shop address is as follows:

Fine Living Concept, Shop No. 8, 9, 10,

Maharaja Complex, Opp Babas Garden,

Near Kothrud Bus Depot,

Paud Road, Pune-411038.

He written on the receipt that dining table will be delivered within 20-25 days. But still I have not received the delivery. Whenever I call they either say there is no one on the shop or they will be delivering in next two days.

I have paid an advance ammount of Rs.10000 with Cheque No.522952.Receipt Estimate No. is 239.

Could you please take a neccessary action against him or let me know what route needs to be followed to get this issue resolved. I want a strict to strict action against him so that they dont repeat such things with another customer. As it has been noticed that this shop (FLC) has done the same cheating with other customers also.
