I bought a luxury sofa-set

The purchase order that was made had 3 sofa's in the set worth Rs 35, 000.

The sofa's had to be arranged adjacent to each other that forms a curve but after i received the set, I noticed

1.The sitting level was uneven to each other

2.Manufactural defective gap between the sofa's

3.Bottom sofa stand shorter than the others leaving an odd gap from the floor.

All these made the luxury set a cheap creepy furniture set made by some unskilled carpenter.

I called the owner of the shop through his delivery boy and confirmed the defects. He said to send a repair person in a week or so. But a week passed, I called again he again said he will be sending next week and called again and after 3 months no one actually came.

It's pretty loss of money, energy and time dealing with the above mentioned shop

I'm sure not to buy anything else from here and also advice others not to.
