Poor after sales server for defective panel

Hi,

I have bought "New Alpha Wallunit 6003 Cherry" from furniture bazaar, Chinchwad, Pune.

After sometime I have noticed that one panel of the same has started bending from the middle. I made a compliant on 02nd Oct to Furniture bazaar people and till date whenever I follow up I get the same reply that we are following up for stock and once we receive the stock we will replace it...

Its more than a month since I am follwoing up but no proper response from their side...

Kindly help me...
