Bad Quality of Dining table

I have bought a dining table from Furniture Bazaar, Lootmart, Baroda in March.

The dining table has a glass top with steel legs attached together with some adhesive solution.

The vendor has ensured us about the toughness and firmness of the same.

The table has colapsed (the legs gets detached from the grass top) thrice since we bought and also the vendor is not taking responsibilty of the bad quality of the product.

Somtimes they themself said that the particular piece is troublesome and the problem is not seen in other pieces but are not ready to replace it or return our money.

Even they are not giving us quick repairing services like we had to wait for atleast 10 days to get the table repaired once it had colapsed.

I want replacement of the piece or else want the money back and as suddenly it gets collapsed and causes tremendous damage to precious glasswares, also the glass top can break and also it can harm us.
