Delay in istallation of wardrobe cupboard

I purchased wooden wardrobe from FURNITURE BAZAAR, SILIGURI bearing item code 205000002843000 SPACE WRDRB WLN on 5.09.2010.It was delivered on 18.09.10.Fitting for the same came on 24.09.10 but vertical side pannel of wardrobe was defective and could not complete the fitting. After the lapse of nearly 3 weeks I could not get my said wardrobe which causes me great inconvenience. custormer-GITA GOMDEN, Panchanai colony, Gomden House, siliguri.
