We had purchased a dream line mattress from your furniture bazaar in kharghar navi mumbai. The invoice no 151327761 dated 23.04.1972, the same was delivered to us vide delivery note no 3006593162 .We are intimated at the time of purchasing this mattress that it carries a one year warranty.

I would like to inform you that the mattress has bend and crater has formed over one side.

request you to pls send some one to check the same and get it changed immeddiately as it is under warranty period.
