Poor response to customers

I had lodged a complaint about my filing cabinet on the 18th of Dec' 09 and i was told it would be fixed the next day as it only needs servicing and no parts to be changed.well as expected they dint turn up even till 21st.so i dropped them a call to enquire the status and i was taken aback by the rather cold and rude response by the manager of an authorized godrej service centre..i do not mind even if they do not turn up to attend the attend the problem but such rude behaviour to customers is not just done.
