Mattress Disfigured in 2 months

I purchased a Godrej Spring Mattress (78x72) at Rs.18, 500/- from Aadi Furnishers, Mayur Vihar Delhi against their invoice no. 915 dated 28th July' which has disfigured within 2 months and when one sits over it, you can feel springs pintching and hurting you.

Their engineer / sales person, inspite of lodging complaint and waiting for more than 10 days, has not visited so far.

I want immediate replacement of the same with some better quality product and had never imagined such a poor quality and service from company of Godrej repute.
