Matterss is losing it's shape

Godrej Mattress : (Warranty for 1 year)

Purchase Date : 25th December (Currently in warranty)

Shop: A-One Furnishing, Sumer Nagar, Shop No.3, Opp McDonalds, S.V.Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai 92.

Complain: The mattress is losing it's shape and it has formed lumps on different sides. The edges are not firm as they were initially and we are not happy as it gets really uncomfortable while sleeping.

We have contacted the Shop owner at A-one but he said a person from Godrej will come soon to check the issue. We haven't heard from anyone as of now. We have been facing this problem since 2 months now and the matters is just getting worse.
