Horrible After Sales Service

We are being continuously harassed by the un courteousness of the Kolkata customer service people. With a scratch developing on the product, which was installed by the company people we have been mislead and misrepresented and our cause have remain unheard only to be delayed to such an extent that the warranty period was over. They 'closed' the case without actually bothering to know what is the status of the work (and that has happened today).

They have been citing that there is a change of address, but that remains untenebale given the fact the installation was done by the company people. It is really unfortunate that these noncom pups are managing the office of a company called Godrej. We have purchased another slimline, I don't know what will happen to that.
