Complaints are not being addressed by the Company

I broght the following items from Godrej last year in June-10.

Double Cot Bed

Dinning Table

Centre Table

TV Trolley

Matteress for the BED.

All the above-mentioend items are purchased in Delhi from Godrej main showroom (1st sale) & brought to Chennai as I was transfered in Chennai last year June. The total goods invoice for Rs.1, 25, 000/-.(Rupees one lakh twenty five thousand)

All the above-mentioned items are having manufacturing defects/problems. I have given my complaint to Godrej, Chennai for more than 3 times during the Guarantee period but still there is no response at all. The last complaint I made on 3-Jun-11 & the Complaint number is 386233. I am not at all satisfied with their products due to so many problems which have not been addressed so far. Coulple of itmes I am not using only as this cannot be used.

Request to resolve the issue at the earliest.
