Sir,

I purchased a Sofa (Manhattan) set from Godrej in 2009 at a cost of Rs 81, 000/- with an verbal assurance of a life time investment and a brand standing in the market with a one year warrenty on any manufacturing defect.

To my surprise, the now the skin is started peeling off after a bubble sort of things appear and later the peel off is starting. I found it is an ordinery foam lather. i informed the service department of Godrej, after reminding them one service guy came and said it is after warrenty and they need to change it and it will cost me more than Rs 30, 000/-.At the same time the guy assure that they will revert to us as he felt there seems to be quality problem.

To my surprise till this day i have not heard anything from them. Added to this I feel cheated by this big brand on the wrong informations about the product and the cost of the product. when i decided to buy i thoght it will serve me atleast for a decade I am very much disappointed on this.

Please advise.
