Non delivery of Bean bag

Godrej Interio located on Jalana Road, Aurangabad, was approached for replacement of a defective bean bag. The bean bag was taken back by the dealer on 08 May for replacement. how ever till date the dealer has not been able to replace the same even after repeated requests. On 22 Dec a written complaint has been lodged with the dealer, how ever they still have failed to react showing no regards for the inconvinience being caused to me.
