Indifference and poor service

I had booked a wall unit Veneto with Godrej franchisee S.S.Traders, Vijayanagar, Bangalore. Order number 346736 dated 19-7. Two parcels were delivered by Godrej people on 6-8. I was told that the modules delivered will be assembled by the frachisee representative. In spite of several calls made to S.S.Traders, no one came to do the asembly. Godrej people feel that their responsibility is over and the customer has to contact the franchsee only. There is no scope for making complaints. It is unfortunate that a reputed company like Godrej shirks all responsibilty after taking full payment and push the customer under the mercy of the dealer. I made a bad decision in buying a Godrej product when I had better choices.
