Non delivery of product

I had booked a godrej slim line series cupboard on July 22 from a dealer in Dhapodi, pune. I talked to one Geeta madam, and as per the conversation, i gave an advance of Rs.5000. I was told that i would get the delivery within 2 weeks. Within these 2 weeks, there was no communication and then after 2 weeks, when i contacted them, they told me that it will take 2 more weeks and told me that i would get it by 22 Aug. Then again, till the time of writing this complaint, no one has contacted. From last few days, I have been trying to get hold of some one, but no one either picks up the call or if the receptionist picks up, she keeps saying that someone will be contacting. This is really frustrating, that even after one month, i am still to get even a call from the dealer, forget about getting my wardrobe delivered.

Its really a shame to see that such a brand name called Godrej is being devaluled by the dealer.

Anyways, i am planning to get my money back as early as possible and will try not to buy any godrej consumer durables in future.
