Pathetic service and cheating by Godrej Interio shop in Noida Sector 16

Hello,

It seems like Godrej is in the business of fraud these days. I paid the full amount of Rs. 85000 and got the delivery one month later (in June last week) of a consignment of a Oakdale TV trolley, a dining set (original cost Rs 35000), a storewell and a recliner (Wales Recliner). All but the storewell was received in damaged condition. In spite of following up on phone and visits to the store in Sector 16, and calls to their senior bosses, all the problems remain as it was. It looks like I was cheated by Godrej. People planning to buy from Godrej this festive season, beware. I have talked to several people in Godrej by the name of Anurag Singh and Bikram Singh (who is claiming to be the NCR Service Head) but so far no action has been taken other than sugar coating words to sooth my agony.
