Damage of Furniture

I bought a sofa set by paying @ Rs.60, 000=00 from the Godrej show room at Ulubari, Guwahati.(In 2008 October). After few months the foam leathers of the set got thinned started rupturing for no reason. Upon informing an attendent came to investigate. Then he issued a receipt of his inspection and told me that necessary follow up action would be taken. Since then nobody has cared to do anything about it. Very hopeless product with a very hopeless band of workers. Even writing to the company had no effect. A disgusting service.&- Khanindra Kumar Dutta/ o9435118042
