Charged 600/- for after sale (one months) for allingnment s etc locks problem

I have purchased the Wardrobe Almirah from sec-17 Chandigarh godrej interio for my sisters home at sarhind, but while unpacked found locker disturbed and no lock is working, some allingnment problem, i complainted at chd office and a person visited from service center and corrected the same but charged 600/- for it due to outstation delivery . it is free only for Chandigarh/Mohali . so it means godrej products r only to use in the cities where offices located . other wise no warranty. it is not fare, nobody sales people at sec-17 showroom told me about this . also there is no godrej office in sarhind .i had only 2 options either to buy it from patiala or chandigarh . so i preferred to buy it from chandigarh.

Date of purchase 30-4 & problem faced when unpacked on 20-5
