WOODEN SOFA SET

I have purchased Wooden sofa from good Home Furniture located in KIRTI NAGAR market. After 2 months i found a big crack is occured in sofa as well its wood is having ghun. So i called and told them complaint and asked to send someone to examine the same. After examining his worker was also agreed that this piece is defective. Moreover the quality of wood become questionable. During purchase they say it is sahgun wood and that sofa cost me around 14000/-.Now he is not ready to return/replace the defective piece. What should i do to get the value for my money.
