My complaint was registered vide no. 653658 dated 17-12to repair the godrej chair. Service fellow came on 19-12.

He took Rs. 1250/- that he needs some parts from the company saying he will get the bill for that from the company. He gave the time of 20-12 between 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. to fix it.

no one has come. Company is taking the calls and gives some time or the other but no one has returned despite various complaints in this regards.

Chair which costs around Rs. 15000/- each formed trouble in less than 2 years.

Another fault occured during his repair for which he said if not now, this fault would have occured lateron. This is no logic. I bought Godrej chairs for quality so that it would last and expected prompt after sales. Both are not there.

It is kindly requested that the repair shall be done at the earliest and needful probe done by higher service official.
