Bad delivery people

My wife Dr. Madhuri Zanwar had booked one medium sized cabinet CAB Monza small PPB Lc Gd, WNGE on 4-3-11 costing Rs. 9750 which was paid immediately at the time of booking. Next day, they delivered another unit. They created a big mess while making it only to realise that the furniture piece is wrong. The cabinet was also not mantled properly. After informing about the same, after repeated calling, they dis-mantled that unit and replaced with correct one. Sadly again the mantling process was improper with the unit's doors loose and the drawers jamming. It's so surprising that a big chain of future's group should do such shabby work. We had to repeatedly call them for this minor piece of furniture and still the work isn't done. Now they aren't even attending our calls properly. It's been such a harrowing experience for us. It has unnecessary created stress and headache to us. Please be careful before you purchase any furniture from this store.
