Hello Sir,
We had purchased three sofa bean bags from home center in the month of May which had 6 months of guarantee. After two months i.e in the month of August one of the bean bag stitch got open, so we registered a complain with home center on 15th July but they did not send any person for repairing the bag. We again filed the complain but we did not receive any response, after calling 6-7 times they finally send a repair person who took the bag on 15th Oct confirming to return within 5 days. Till date we have not received the bag and when we call for the same they reply that the beans (small thermocol balls inside the bag) are unavailable. The last time when we called they will give us cash return for all three bean bags, but that was also not done. We are completely tired and have been harassed by home center since three months with no solution.
