I did purchase a Sofa set at Home Decore at Pimple Nilakh on 8the Oct'11. The agreed price was 4-. I gave rs 10000/ as booking amount. Got the incomplete delivery on 24the Oct'11. Still some parts are not delivered. During thee delivery thee sofa got damaged. The shop owner promised to repair it, during theis time I gave Rs 20000/- in cash but did not get thee receipt. After one monthe I called for thee remaining material but still not got, now thee leatheer is becoming loose and no body is botheering to rework. The work is not done properly and thee quality is also not good. The owner wanted to take thee sofa in his workshop but I did not allow because of thee bad experience with him. What can be done?
