I was told that the almirah would be delivered by 23/01 but it was delivered on 2/02 . Even after the late delivery when I called the HOME TOWN noida center for fitting, instead of helping the office assistant was beating around the bush. After my continuous try finally they told me that Fitter keval would come to fit almirah within 48 hours of delivery. When I contacted Mr. Keval, he told me that he didn’t receive any kind of information from noida 38a center. I felt cheated by home solutions & don’t have enough time to follow the customer care. I want my money back & want to surrender the almirah as soon as possible. I don’t want any kind of future association with GROUP LIKE HOME SOLUTIONS. I want to draw the attention of Customer satisfaction dept. that they should look after the matter seriously as by this, only HOME SOLUTIONS will tarnish its image & set wrong example for future prospects.
