PATHETIC SERVICE

I paid Rs .3.36 lacs to Home Town Vikhroli branch in Sep 2010 for modular Kitchen and it was promised that it will be installed before Deepawali i.e Nov. However after daily follow up some of the installation was done in mid Decmber 2010 since allthe items like tall units etc were not available. After few months an amount of Approx Rs 2- was refunded without giving any details. Some of the work ios still pending but the manager of the stores Mr. Nair does not have decency to return my calls anddo the balance work even more than 6 months after making payments. Any body planning to buy any thing from Home Town should think twice. I have never come across such a pathetic sate of affairs in a big store like Home Town.
