Sofa booked, Advance paid, not received delivery

I booked a sofa worth 21500 rs 1 month back on the promise to get it delivered in 2 weeks. The shop made me pay 15000 rs advance which I did in good faith as those are norms. After 2 weeks they showed me a completely wrecked sofa with no colour nothing even the design was a cheap version. When I went to the shop they accepted their mistake and agreed to give me a new sofa according to my design. Today is 35 days after which also I havent received my sofa. They have asked me to come for discussion as they want more money from me. These are utter cheats. Whenever I used to go to the shop there would be atleast 5 people at the counter fighting it out with the salesmen for false promises. I feel my money is gone..Even if a few of you dont go there reading this complaint I would feel my money is paid back. Utter cheats they wont even respond to you phone once you have paid the advance. Dont pay these people a dime rather never go to their shop. Incase you are reading this compliant after you have paid the money only pray to god.. These are cheats utter cheats...
