Non-delivery of goods for which full money was paid

I purchased set of night stands at Home Town located in Bangalore Central Mall in Jayanagar paying full amount. This product was booked upon the confirmation of the stock by the store personnel.

Date of the purchase was 10 August wide Cash Memo Number T12 / 1055. The consignment was due for delivery on 14/08. Till 17 / 08 / the consignment was not delivered nor got any initimation on the status of the delivery.

The contact number given in the bill was not reachable for almost three days. Upon contacting oneMr. Sathya, he refused to connect to the store manager and was not willing to give the store manager's contact number.

This is amounting to cheating the customers. I would request the concerned authorities to take these type of agencies to task.

I would not recommend Home Town to any body. If I give a rating of 8 to @Home, I would give a rating of 2 for Home Town for the quality of product and service.
