Fraud and Mental Harament

I bought a Queen size Bed from Home Town, Vanshree Tower, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 14 Dec and got it delivered on 31 Dec. On 17 March cot broke all of the sudden and I got injured. After I recovered I contacted Home town (Dhananjaya and Sudeep) to replace the defective Bed. But they are very reluctant to do it. I visited there more than 4 times just to waste my time. Please help me to get the Bed replaced or provide me contact detail of any good advocate to deal with them in consumer court.
