Hi,

We have ordered a Queen Bed (SO no. 2119000084) from Home Town Phoenix Mall Bangalore branch on 05/05. We were given 02/06 as delivery date. When we called on 02/06 to enquire about the status we were told that there is no stock in the warehouse and that our order will be delayed by 7 days. It's 11/06 and inspite of several follow up with the mall branch there is no certainty

This is very unprofessional and unexpected from a company like future group. We request immediate action and expedite the delivery of our order
