Defective good, delayed delivery, poor customer service

4 pieces of furniture was purchased from Home Town Vikhroli, mumbai Bill Number 2088031131. First the delivery was late and after follow ups. Second only half the delivery was done and another date booked for the rest. Third a defective piece was delivered after the delay. Fourth the pieces to assemble was missing. Fifth after repeated reminders they cant arrange for the pieces required from their warehouse to assemble the furniture. As a consequence for 2 weeks furniture is lying unassembled and the defective piece plus parts needed to assemble are still not there. Customer service is very poor with the likes of Sanjay Agarwal, Aruna, Shanti, Ibona all promising dates but no service. Complete money has been taken but no service is provided.
