Eceipt number 2041005263, we hv brought this product on 15th aug which got delivered on 29th in our residence where in the chairs of the dining table is defective . we been calling them for replacement where there is no response from them, mr santosh asst manager from thakur mall of miraroad everytime promises that he will call back and replece the chair the problem has not yet been solved. neither they are giving us any proof of lodging the complaint. please hlp me to get this resolved.
