Hi

This is Ravi chandra from Hyd. I bought Furniture worth 4.2Lakhs at Home Town, Hyd dated Dec. Would you believe even till date some of the ordered goods are not delivered and not provided the fitment.

I have paid full amount in the month of Dec instead the they misplaced some of the Goods and it took them almost 4-5 months to replace the Missing Goods. Even today the Shipment is still incomplete.

I have registered tons of complaints from very top level Hometown HYD Branch Manager to supervisor, but still the proper action was not taken and i believe even in future they are not going to provide. I am still shocked how they provide the service to customers after selling their products. This is THE MOST WORST experience i have ever faced in my life. I felt like sending back all the goods worth Rs.4.25lakhs back to the HOME TOWN store in HYD.

I request someone to advice me in taking this issue forward in order to get the Goods from HOME TOWN for the money i paid. Please suggest me the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court.
