Extreme delaying of delivery & no care for customers

I had bought a bed from home Town in bangalore on 8th April & it was printed on my receipt that i will get my delivery max by 14 days. Here I am its past almost 20 days & still no sign of delivery of my order. When i called customer care they are so Ir-responsible that inspite of helping me in getting my order they are saying to me to go all the way to home town again & select any thing of same cost which is available in local store...

Idiots at it's best...

I WILL SAY NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME TOWN (FUTURE GROUP). Highly unprofessional & they care least about customers.
