Non delivery and assembling on time

My brother had purchased a sofa set worth 67, 000 from Home Town, Kolkata a Future group on 26th Dec .after receiving the full payment they are now behaving badly and not abiding by their dates of delivery nor assembling the furniture.

no one has so much of time that we can wait for days and days for you people to come and assemble it, whereas it was promised to be done within 48 hours.

once money is in the pocket customer is a beggar as he has to call them several times and above that they misbehave.pl Mr. Biyani CEO is this the way you harass your customer.
