Amount Charged Twice for single Product

I did a purchase of LCD wall unit on Jan 26 costing Rs.22, 999. I did full payment of Rs22, 999 on Jan 26 using my credit card. To my big shock, Upon checking my credit card statement recently, I found that on 20, feb I was again charged Rs.22, 999 by HOMETOWN Bangalore. I did single purchase for which I was charged twice. This shows that HOMETOWN is making duplicate of credit cards. How can they Charge Rs.22, 999 again in my credit card on 20, feb. Upon calling my bank there is a big procedure I have to follow and all this issue is stressing me out. HomeTown has to answer me to this and have to reverse the amount back at the earliest.
