HOME TOWN NOIDA worst store in service

This is to bring to your notice that I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER and TOTALLY FRUSTED WITH SERVICE AT HOME TOWN NOIDA.

CASE: I purchased few furnitures from you Home Town Noida Store at Great India Place on 6th Dec (Buyers Order No: 2000040637), this include (Sofa, Bed, TV Stand and a DINNING TABLE)

All goods were delivered to me but the DINNING TABLE was delivered wrong, it was not as I ordered. Hence this was taken back on 12th Dec).

The case is that I have called and visited the store may time still have not received the alternate table (OAK Colour). Every time I get a reason from the store incharge, floor managers and the sales man and now I am totally frustated from this service.

Initially they said that they have no stock. After some time they said stock arrived but was damaged. Later they said It is Jan and the SAP will be closed till 12th Jan so cannot progress any order and now it is 20th Jan and I have still no response. I get only further excuse from all.

The Below person were dealing with the case and have knowledge of this but have faild to progress any. Rakesh Sharma (salesman)- 9868951318, vinay - 9910197699, Gaurav - 09312868146, Ashraf - TL 9810693393, and Store incharge too. This is the most horrible service. I have asked all my friends NEVER to purchase any Item from Home Town Noida (The worst store ever)
