Non-delivery of Dining set

I have purchased a Dining set on 4 feb and the same was scheduled to be delivered on 11 feb by House Full International Ltd, HDC nbr# 1025/363. Calling up their customer service makes only things worse as all they could only tell was a lie... I am running out of patience with their service...!!!

Waiting for fovourable response to happen within 24 hours..
