Not providing Service in Warranty

ICON Furnitures on Goregaon Link Road at Goregaon (W), is a fraud. They will give 3-5 years warranty on a product and assure of using best quality material for a long life of the product but within 8-12 Months one has to regularly seek carpenters for keeping the product in shape. On asking for help from the Icon Furniture, they will blame on us for not able to handle the product properly and will ask us to arrange for repairs from outside.

I purchased a Wardrobe from Them and it is hardly 1 year that some of the drawers are not gettng opened. Doors and ply are coming out inspite of the fact that we try to take good care of things. The Wardrobe is with 5 years warranty but the Owner Mr. Sajid, is blaming us for not taking the care of the product. He is not sending his carpenter for repair work even though I am regularly following up for over 2 months now. This has caused us physical and mental harrasment.
