Uined our credit rating

We are getting no where with this Company. We purchased a bed from these clowns, we were offered finance and they entered our details completely wrong on their system, wrong name, wrong address, we then failed finance, paid by credit card. Even though we immediately informed them that all the details were wrong (I phoned and called into the branch) they still tried to deliver it to the wrong address. Again I went into the branch and said they have the wrong details. Then weeks later my wife gets a text from a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY saying we owe you £928. Once again I went into the branch and spoke to Nick (the guy who took the order in the first place) he assured me that I would get a call from head office to let me know what steps you had taken to sort this out, nothing? I have now spent too much time chasing this, I have a Solicitor looking at this because they have potentially ruined my wifes credit rating by putting this with a debt collection agency. I now want compensation and intend to go to County Court and issue Judgement against them for damages. Has anyone gone down the same route, would be good to go to court with previous cases. I
