Damaged product delivered

I bought an item online from Indiatimes.com on 11-04. and was expecting it to be delivered within 9 days. I was leaving for a long Vaccassion on 20-04. There was delay from the seller's part and courier's part and the item was delivered only on 20-04. The item mentioned here is an Air sofa which can be blown to make it a fully usable sofa. I was leaving to my home town to get married on 20-04 and I could not test the item on the date. after coming back, on 09-05 I opened the item and found that the item is damaged and is old. The item has tears and signs of usage. Indiatimes is not taking up this issue and is not providing me the seller's contact details. I am in a dellemma now having lost 4500 rs. Please help. The Listing did not mention that the item is old and has punctures. It is also not in working condition
