Inside damaged

Five months ago I bought 3 1 1 Impored sofa from this company (30, 000).they asured me about this product for good quality & gave me full guarantee.

But after 3 months something started to break inside small single sofa.day by day it had increased to breaking part inside and seemed big space hole inside handkeeping area beside cover and broken process was also started in other sofas.

now we complained them & ask them to replace the sofas.but they did not care & passed many days.after much request they took of the sofs set for check up & asure me that they will open up the sofa to check up inside matirial and call me to see the inside damaged and if not much damaged then after my satisfaction they will replace inside matirial or if possible they will change me the sofa set.

Now there was no option with me instead of waiting.after this, there were passed about 25 to 30 days and I contacted to them and they were said me that your sofa is ready by repair. I’m socked because they didn’t care to inform me when they checked up and didn’t show me inside damaged.when I asked them about that commitment, manager answer me rudely and told me that ‘we can’t replace you, take your sofa or you may do what you want’.

Thus they cheated with me.

so be aware this kind of big showroom cheaters
