Interior Heights, Bad Interior Decorator (Bangalore)

This is to share with you a bad experience I had with an Interior Decorator at Bangalore.

They work under the Name Interior Heights, primarily run by Mr. Sameesh C.S. and Mr. Rajeev (Just for identification purpose, both originate from Kerela).

The contract to interiors of my apartment was given in the Beginning of however till date (Oct)

the work is not completed.

They are glib talkers and they would make you mammoth promises, however none of it they would adhere to.

I have many examples in the same apartment complex, who have similar complaints from them.

They might just change the company name and approach you, just keep a note of the names.

Quality of work:

They don't have a permanent set of Carpenters, so the quality of work at your house completely depends on the level of carpenters.

Most of the time I see beginners as carpenters from them.

My Kitchen finishing is definitely not upto mark.

There are errors in the Wardrobe finish as well.

Cost:

They may initially seem cost effective, but again to my surprise they were not. Because for Kitchens, they would not even cover the

channels as part of basic cost. So even if their estimate may initially look less, you will end up spending much more.

I had better deals from other Interior decorators, who promised to finish the entire kitchen (including all accessories) in a much lesser price. But since they initially seemed cheaper, I went with them.

Delivery Time:

As mentioned, erratically bad.

They take more projects than they can handle, and puts every one in the vicious cycle.

Behavior:

In the beginning of the project, they would seem very nice. But towards the end, they would start showing true colors.

Infact Sameesh misbehaved with me, when I pointed out that his is delaying the project beyond any acceptable limits.
