Poor Quality and high price - and improper approch

I brought four revolving chairs each cost Rs 5000, while buying the chairs they told one year warranty for wheels and base, except damage in cloths and hand rests,

after two months one by one all five wheels are broken, while inspecting the wheels, wheels are very poor in quality it not even carry 25kg of weight,

while approaching the Jayabartham company owner (a lady - may be wife of owner) she told we never say like this and start to behave very rude (her talking is not in business way - like a street vendor). she is not replacing damaged parts also, after that only i heard that she assure while sales, she reject the assurance after sales,

service and behaviour is very poor in jayabaratham furniture's Pondicherry, and quality also very low,

I lost narly 20, 000 because of purchasing in Jayabaratham furniture Pondicherry
