Kala purn om
Furniture shown & delivered varies in terma of Quality & product

This is with regards to product which we booked from shop named Kala Purn Om dated 4th July & also made full payment before delivery as per their condition. When we went to make full payment we asked them to show us the product which they denied & said that every thing is packed & up to the mark and you need not worry. Final Payment date was 31 Aug.

The total bill amount was 65700/- & Challan No is 8485.

Now we got 5 products from them that is

1.Sofa set-For which seat & the cusions were not exactly same quality which was shown to us by sales girl.

2.Dinning Table-Which catches fungus every now & then.

3.Chairs-Which were delivered, were not of the same design which we approved. Later after a month they changed the same.

4.Center Table-OK

5.Crockery Unit-Legs of the same are getting cracked & powder is coming out.and getting worst day-by-day.

When we call in office & ask for owner Mr Manish Gada they say either he is busy or not in shop & if we mention our name different then Mr Manish answers the phone. We have been haresed by them alot till date. Also when we get angry people at other end use abbusive words as if we have not paid and asking for stuffs.
