Horrible service of Kitchen Art at Powai Plaza, Hiranandani, Mumbai

We had ordered a Modular kitchen for our new home to Kitchen Art, Shop No. 77, Powai Plaza, Ground Floor, Opp. Pizza Hut, Hiranandani Powai, Mumbai - 400 076 (http://kitchen-art.co.in).

We gave the order on 26 March and Mr Himanshu (Shop Owner Mobile: 9821223766, 9870723766) said to deliver it on 10 April.

On 23 April, he delivered and fixed half of the material. He took all the money from us on 23 Apr stating that this was the manner of the modular kitchen community. After 1 month of follow up he gave some of the remaining material. Even then the shelf doors and glasses were not in accord to the order. Also he has installed just half of the cornice which makes the whole kitchen look incomplete.

Since mid of May; I am following up with Himanshu to get the rest of my stuff delivered. For the first 20 days he was saying that materials are ready but the staff to fix it is not available. Then followed a series of excuses: problems with raw material, glass broke while delivery, he has to go out of Mumbai for some personal work, so on and so forth…

On 18-June he came; noted down the remaining items and promised to deliver them on the 20th June. After 2 days he again said that there is some problem in processing the material and re-promised to deliver it in the next 4 days.

That too has passed and he gives new excuses each day.

I am tired of following up with him for the remaining work. The original delivery which was promised to be on the 10th of Apr is still incomplete after nearly 3 months of that date. All my houses interior work has finished but the kitchen that was ordered first is still lying incomplete.

He is the worst service provider I have seen in my life. Never get anything done from this person.

I hope that the Consumer Forum will help me to get my work done.
