Leather crack near stich in just 3 months

I have purchase zuari sofa from hyper city DB mall Bhopal as per guarantee or warrant of sofa is 1 year. After 3 months sofa leather got cracked near stiches after many complain personal visit company person come to see sofa after three month's.
Company employee come & take sofa for three day's in worksop and just stiched leather by hand badly just all stiched are open and again leather cracked near stiched.
And right now no one entertain us or any solution by Zuari or Hyper city Bhopal.
