Sofa foam are sagging

Hi,

I bought a sofa (3 seater) from Life style. i thought the one they will deliver to us will be the same as the one they had displayed in the life style center mall.

But unfortunately, it was not and with 1 weeks time, the sofa resters foam was sagging and it looked awful. It was very old. It was just not looking worth the amount (Rs 38.000)

In spite of repeated complaints and calls to the center, they sent a replacement which was no difference from the original one and the delivery people had no idea about the sofa.

The reason for the reaster to sag was there was not enough foam that was filled in and hence within few days the foam sag and looked terrible. When i explain this to the Delivery guy they don’t understand.

I am really fed up complaining them.

Cant believe a reputed company like " LIFE STYLE" are so unorganized and least bothered about their customer feedback / complaints.

I request you to please look into this matter and please get a replacement to our sofa.
