Worst Quality and Poor Customer Service from SARAVANA STORES, MADLY ROAD

We bought 3 DOOR WAR from Saravana stores, Madly road on September. The items were delivered after 4 days from the date of purchasing. And we called the store multiple times to assemble the furniture, and finally a service man came and fitted the Wardobe.

But within a month we felt lot of issues with the product, they were not done the fitting properly and fungus were formed inside it. And the drawer is not functioning properly. The wood on the racks are very very thin and getting narrowed automatically.

We called many times for their service, they told that we need to pay Rs.250 for the service man to come. And we have to pay the additional cost to fix the issues. We said okay for that, even though still there is no person ready for the service and no proper response when we calling them. We are very frustrated a lot and finally posting this..

So people, please be alert before buying anything from this store.
