Sold the defected Item

On 24th July I have bought a foldable bed from a shop located on the following address:

Yamuna Building, Shop no: 9, Rani Sati Marg, Malad (E), Mumbai-400097, Tel no: 28834537/28443086

Its been just 3 days that the bed got collapsed due to the supporting iron strip was already defective.

While purchasing the shopkeeper didn't show me the delivarable bed and just showed me the sample piece and made promise to make the home delivery.

When he delivered the item at my house I was not present there at that moment.

When I complained the shopkeeper about this he strictly refused me to refund or replace and even to repair that bed and told me to complain whreever I wish.

Request you to kindly look into this.

The cost for the bed is INR 650. I have the receipt for the same.
